Making Trikes Great one at a time! Glad to hear Mark is happy with the ride.

In a word - WOW!

This is my second TriGlide, with the first one being a 2019 that I sold last year, and when I made the decision to purchase another one this year, I pre-planned to upgrade the rear suspension as the stock ride is just simply inadequate, especially when comfort is one of our priorities now.

Installation was simple and straight forward, with the most challenging part in replacing the Z-pipe to allow the swing arm to drop down. I would suggest you add a step in your installation guide: After installing the Z-pipe, undo the top shock mounts, and lower the diff / swing arm to expose the lower shock mounts.

I currently have the spring setting set right at your recommend setting based on our combined weight and 60 # for luggage. (And I find that it works even when I ride solo)

I have almost 1000 miles on them now with 90% riding 2-up and to quote my wife "this is the most comfortable ride I have ever been on!"

To put this into perspective:

She has ridden with me since 2002 on a variety of bikes (7 in total)

Riding in the Mid-West provides some of the most challenging road conditions, and these shocks eats up them up. Bridge expansion joints, railroad tracks are no longer a "get ready" moment, and now I pick my line based on the best line for the ride, not for the "what doesn't look as rough"

I must admit that I was skeptical about the change it would make to the steering, however I will concede, yes, it has made the steering lighter - I think you use the phrase - like adding power steering.

With a more compliant ride, I was concerned that I would get more body roll in the corners, especially since with over 50 years riding experience, including Law Enforcement, I like my corners, and I can attest that the TriGlide handles better in the corners than stock - one of the advantages of the straight axel.

There are many choices available, but I will say, to anyone considering Super Shox - don't hesitate. These have transformed our riding experience, and we are beyond impressed!

It's Mike from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We emailed about a week ago and you wanted an update on my wife's opinion of the ride. Well, I'm proud to say she's at the very least ecstatic! We just got back from a 57 mile trip covering 2 counties and literally every road surface we would ever ride on, smooth asphalt, railroad tracks, back country roads needing resurfacing and bridges with the uneven joint between the black top and concrete bridge itself. She says the ride is so much smoother now and the increase in height gives her a better field of vision. There was also no difference in head buffering either (she runs a Klock Werks wind shield.) She also said that the trike sticks better in the corners. No more bouncing around on the seat on not so smooth roads either. Steering was also smoother, especially in corners. That's the physics part of it. Here's the part of it that I'm most happy with. She's so much more comfortable now that she can enjoy the ride like she should instead of fighting it or having to anticipate an upcoming jolt that she has always dreaded. She also feels more confident in her riding, knowing her trike is floating down the road smoothly, like it should, as opposed to riding like there's no suspension whatsoever. And finally, there's the fatigue factor. Greatly reduced! Even though it was only 57 miles today, she wasn't wrestling it at all. That will definitely lead to much more enjoyable long road trips. You and your company have made her one very happy lady, and anything I can do to make her life easier, better and more comfortable makes it all worthwhile! Thank you so very much for the unbelievable improvement your shocks have made to her trike, we both greatly appreciate it and will definitely be telling other trike riders we know about them! Please feel free to pass this update on to all that need to hear it.
