PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
PLEASE INFORM YOUR NEIGHBORS, FRIENDS AND FAMILY
For those of you who are having a hard time figuring out the pros and cons of Measure 17-116 (proposed new County Charter), let me introduce you to the new chair of the Democrat party here in Josephine County, Eva Voris Avery. She claims to have “always been a liberal and an activist.” Part of her introduction states “Locally her hot button issues are (1) housing the unhoused, (2) increasing political engagement, and (3) rewriting the Josephine County Charter.”
If you have been confused at all about who supports this bill, be aware that an activist is here in Grants Pass and has the intent of “rewriting the Josephine County Charter.” Do you honestly believe that the goal of this new charter is to, as supporters of the bill suggest, “give you more representation so your voice is heard?” I for one do not believe that a Democrat activist wants conservative voices to be heard let alone be represented.
PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND DO NOT GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE!
