When you’re tired of competing and just go back to the perfection you built the company on.

Yards are back to being cut for the betterment and use of the landscapes.

1 inch cut across almost an Acre.

When things aren't going your way on a yard, so to start the repair process you just start push mowing over an acre on every visit.

Just a FYI.

We are having to completely change books we are on. Even though both are Quickbooks, they are completely different.

We are trying to get to all the questions and get the remaining invoices sorted to be completely over to this new system.

Letting everyone know we will be running off schedule this week. Due to the rain, everything has gotten behind. Hopefully if all goes well this week we will be caught up on fertilizers and mowing and get back on the regular schedule next week.

If that happens, the end of next week will bring seeding to a few that requested it, and aeration will get done.

We need the rain, but I sure hate the delays.

We have been running like crazy already at the start of the year. Between equipment issues, meetings, estimates and spraying, the start of the year has been one for the ages.

That said, Monday and Tuesday if you haven't seen us spraying, you will then.

After that full time mowing for the ones we still maintain will pick right back up to get the schedule set.

There's a change on this one, and it applies to the St. Augustine yards only.

This go around on those we are using an organic granular mix, so it will need to be watered in.
