We had a fantastic July at UNL setting records for both revenue and shipments! We so much appreciate our customers and their loyalty. I never imagined our business growing to this size, and will be forever grateful to those who made it happen. And my team of Allen, Andrew, "T"eresa, and Jack are amazing! Logistics is a demanding, stressful industry, but they show up every day with can-do attitudes which I truly admire. I could not ask for more! Except more of them LOL. We are looking for 3 new employees:

Customer Service/Ops Support Full-Time: Remote! 8:30-4:00 Monday-Friday with 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Must have strong communication, mathematical, and data entry skills, along with being confident talking with customers and carriers over the phone. Being accurate and paying attention to detail are critical. Pay is $20-$22.50 per hour depending on qualifications. We offer medical benefits, and 401K with 3% match, and PTO.

Customer Service/Ops Support Part-Time: Same as above except 4 hours per day with start time of 10am or in that area. $20 per hour but no benefits. Unpaid time off as needed.

Account Executive: The right person is smart, confident, competitive, and sociable. The main role is maintaining and building sales, through building and maintaining relationships with our customers and potential customers. Salary range $50-$60K plus bonus, Medical benefits and 401K with 3% match. Experience and/or degree is preferred, but we are looking for that right person and personality more than anything.

Well July is finally here and in a blink it will be gone. A huge thanks to those who shared our post seeking an intern. You led us to the perfect candidate and we welcomed Lauren Zagata to our team in May! Lauren is studying Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University. In short time, she has become a tremendous asset to our business and we hope to keep her with us over the upcoming years.

Across the country, the freight market has been in constant decline over the last year. This mainly has to do with the post-Covid boom coming to an end. But our business continues to grow and we finished the 2nd quarter with our shipment count up 14% over last year! Please continue to spread the word to anyone who ships freight. We provide solutions ranging from expedited sprinter vans to over-size flatbed loads and almost anything in between.

We will also consider candidates pursuing any type of business degree including Management, Sales, and Marketing. As I was sending out invites to our March Madness contest today, it was surprising to see how spread out our customer base is becoming as our business grows.
