Before customized items are shipped we
send pictures or videos for your approval. Although we carefully package our products
to ensure no damage is inflicted during
transit, we understand accidents do
happen. If there is a problem with your item
caused during shipping, please contact us
and we will work with you on an amicable
resolution. Once the
item is in your posession we ask that you

at care of it and follow all care card
instructions. We do not repair or replace
tumblers that are damaged due to
normal/abnormal use.
