ICYMI: the full menu for Disney's brand-new Hurly-Burly lounge just dropped, and this BoardWalk spot is already making a strong case for "drinks and snacks count as dinner." 🍸

Hurly-Burly is taking over the old Jellyrolls building, and the concept is so fun — Disney describes it as stepping inside a historic seaside theater, once home to the BoardWalk's most celebrated vaudeville performers. Nearly a hundred years later, it's reopening with entertainment, vintage drinks, and lite bites inspired by that whole era of nautical novelty and world-class performance.

The vibe shifts throughout the day, too. Afternoons are family-friendly with trivia and games for everyone, then once 9 PM hits, it becomes a 21-and-up lounge with live music and a walk-up window for select beverages right on the BoardWalk.

And the menu? Theatrical cocktails, mini pretzels with bacon-cheese fondue, tomato pie, oven-roasted shrimp, roast beef sliders, theater concessions (meatballs, a sugar cookie, and buttered popcorn — yes really), and mini apple c***r doughnuts with miso-caramel sauce. It's giving old Hollywood supper club energy with a nautical twist.

🎄✨ Give your kids the gift of magic this holiday season — a Very Merrytime Disney cruise! ✨🎄

If you've ever wanted to try Disney cruising without the usual Disney price tag, this is it: a quick weekend escape that packs in all the magic. Sailing December 4–7, 2026 (Friday through Monday) on the Disney Dream from Fort Lauderdale, with stops at Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point and Nassau, Bahamas.

Because it falls during the Very Merrytime season, you'll get all the holiday extras layered on top — visits with Santa, meet-and-greets with your favorite characters in their holiday best, and special seasonal entertainment throughout the ship. It's genuinely one of my favorite times of year to sail Disney.

What I love about the Dream: the AquaDuck is hands-down one of the best slides at sea and the kids will want to ride it over and over. There's an adults-only nightlife district with a ch*****ne bar, a proper pub, and the Skyline martini bar for a grown-up night out. And rotational dining means your servers get to know your family as you move through all of Disney's beautifully themed main dining rooms each night. Oh — and 24-hour room service is included, so bring on the warm cookies and milk, chicken wings, and Mickey ice cream bars. 🍪🍦

And then there's Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. Some of the most gorgeous sand and turquoise water you'll ever see. The splash pad is an absolute hit with kids, and the Junkanoo parade is not to be missed.

Ocean View Balcony — $6,306 total
$1,261 per person. Open water off the back of your rail and quieter. $762 more for the view and the calm.

Both include your room, main dining, and the entertainment.

✨ 25 seconds of Wonder of the Seas ✨ (but honestly, we needed way more than 25 seconds — or even 3 days!)

We just got back from a fun-filled weekend sailing with friends on Wonder, and this ship has SO much to see and do.

Highlights for my family?
Both shows — Intense in the AquaTheater and 365: The Seasons on Ice absolutely blew us away 🎭
Main dining did not disappoint, and let’s talk about that unlimited ice cream 🍦
Nick and I snuck away to the Solarium and Giovanni’s W**e Bar for some quiet grown-up time 🍷

Perfect Day at CocoCay?? Amazing. We’re already planning our return 🌴

I’m practicing what I preach and taking a real break — sailing away this weekend on Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas with my own friends and family!

From September 3-7, I’ll be soaking up some much-needed disconnect time.

Don’t worry — my clients currently traveling always have my full attention, no matter where I am. But for everything else, I’ll be catching up on emails, texts, and calls once we’re back shoreside on Tuesday.
