Income produced fropm the historic airport/museum operations is to be used to finance at no cost to the local,state or Federal government the airport/museum's charitable activities consisting of but not limited to the following: 1) reducing the burdens of the local, state and Federal goverrnment to preserve the Columbia Air Center site. 2) To offer aviation related educational and career opportun

ities to all interested persons regardless of race, creed color, gender or age. 3) To become financially self sufficient after operating approximately five years and then assist other 501(c)(3) organizations locally, statewide, nationally and internationally.

The Columbia Air Center is located in Croom (Upper Marlboro), Md.. The goal of this society is to build , operate and maintain a safe, environmentally friendly, state of the art, economically viable general aviation airport/museum capable of enhancing the capabilities of general aviation in the metropolitan area, nationally and internationally.
