โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ Real customer experience with Big Blue Moving
I just completed a full household move with Big Blue Moving and felt like I had to share how smooth the entire process was.
We were moving out of a two-story home into a new place across town. The load included furniture from every room, dozens of boxes, a piano, a heavy safe, and plenty of awkward pieces that usually cause headaches. From the first phone call, the communication was clear and professional. They gave us a straightforward hourly rate (prorated by the minute) with no hidden fees or last-minute surprises.
On moving day the crew arrived right on time โ clean-cut, professional, and ready to work. They walked through the house with us, confirmed everything, and got started without any wasted time. What stood out most was how carefully they handled our belongings. Everything was properly padded and protected. Fragile items, antiques, the pianoโฆ nothing was scratched, dented, or damaged. They navigated tight hallways and stairs with real care and attention.
The team worked efficiently but never rushed. They communicated throughout the day, asked before moving certain pieces, and made sure items were placed in the correct rooms at the new house. They even helped with basic furniture placement so we werenโt left with everything piled in the middle of the floor. The whole move finished faster than expected, and the final bill matched the estimate almost exactly.
Beyond the logistics, the attitude of the crew made a real difference. They were polite, upbeat, and treated our things like they mattered. Moving is usually one of the most stressful days of the year, but this one felt manageable and even positive.
Weโve used other movers in the past and always ended up with at least one damaged item or some unexpected charge. This time there was none of that. Big Blue Moving delivered exactly what they promised โ professional service, careful handling, and a stress-free experience.
If youโre in Northern Kentucky or the Greater Cincinnati area and need movers, we highly recommend Big Blue. Thank you to the entire team for making a tough day so much easier!
