Two weeks to go before Oregon Ironman 70.3.
There’s something pretty badass about knocking out a 4-hour workout and still having some fuel left in the tank.

In my last few workouts, Ive been wearing my tri suit through it all, dialing in my nutrition and hydration, while still figuring out how to pace it all throughout the session.

With everything going on in the world, it feels good to focus on something I can control. Training for this race gives me that. It’s grounding, and right now, that sense of control feels more important than ever.

If you’re feeling a little off or overwhelmed, don’t be afraid to take on something challenging, something that you can manage. It’s helped me more than I expected, and it just might do the same for you. Get after it! 🙌🏻💪

I hosted my first Women Who Explore event as an ambassador this morning! We explored 3 1/2 mile through the Sandy River Delta. I don’t know who had more fun— us ladies or the dogs! 🐶

We found a unique way to experience Portland’s outdoors — the 4T Trail: Trail, Tram, Trolley, and Train. And the best part? We added tacos. 🌮

It was an epic loop through Portland’s forests, hills, skyline views, and city streets. We filled with fresh air, good vibes, and lots of laughs along the way. 🙌🏻

Summer solstice celebrations were taken to the next level this year. I drove to Montana for the camp out and it exceeded expectations. Converting my car into a mobile adventure base has been a game-changer this year, so far, allowing me to connect with like-minded women and soak up the natural beauty.
