I truly believe that I have 100% perfected the chocolate chip cookie. I baked them every way the “experts” said to. Pliable expensive butter, room temp eggs, this kind of chip that kind of chip, stand on your head, jump on one foot for 11 minutes. All the things. Then I said leave me alone I’m gonna do this. And when I tell you these cookies are soft and wonderful in the middle yet a lovely pliable yet crispy edge. Dang fire!🔥
