For 35 years, the Detroit River has been more than just water to us, it has been a front-row seat to life’s most beautiful stories.
We’ve watched little hands grip the rail for the very first time, wide-eyed with excitement as the boat pulled away from the dock. We’ve seen children wave at freighters, feed the ducks, ask a hundred questions, and make memories they’ll never forget.
Then, before we knew it, those same little ones grew up.
Now they step back aboard with little hands of their own to hold, saying, “This is where I came when I was your age.”
Thirty-five years have come and gone in what feels like the blink of an eye, but the river has remained constant, quietly carrying generations of laughter, family traditions, and moments that become lifelong memories.
To everyone who has made us part of your family’s story, thank you. Watching one generation become the next has been one of the greatest privileges of our journey on the Detroit River.
Here’s to the memories we’ve shared… and to the little ones who will one day bring their own families aboard. ❤️
