🌟 50 Years of Becoming — A Message from My Heart 🌟

Today, I turn 50 years old.

Half a century of lessons.
Half a century of grace.
Half a century of growth.

I stand here today not as a man who has had it all easy — but as one who has walked through fire and learned to build from ashes. I’ve faced storms that should’ve broken me, but they taught me resilience. I’ve known loss, pain, and uncertainty — but also love, healing, and faith that never quit.

Every scar tells a story of survival. Every challenge refined me. Every setback redirected me toward purpose.

At 50, I am grateful — for the mountains I climbed, for the valleys that taught me humility, and for every soul who walked with me, prayed for me, or believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself.

I’m also expectant — because this next chapter isn’t about proving anything. It’s about walking fully in my assignment. It’s about living lighter, loving deeper, serving greater, and leaving a legacy that speaks long after I’m gone.

So here’s to 50 years behind me — and the lifetime of impact still ahead.
Because God’s not done with me yet… not even close. 🙏🏾💙💪🏾

💜 Day 2 – My Seizure Triggers

Epilepsy looks different for everyone — but awareness starts with understanding your own patterns.

For me, my triggers include:
😴 Insomnia
💧 Dehydration
🍽️ Hunger
⚡ Stress
💡 Lights
🔊 Sounds

Each of these can shift my balance and increase the risk of a seizure. That’s why I’ve learned to listen to my body, slow down, and protect my peace before it’s too late.

Epilepsy isn’t just about seizures — it’s about management, mindfulness, and mental strength.

To anyone out there living with epilepsy or supporting someone who does: pay attention, take notes, and give yourself grace. 💜
