From a campus-wide relocation partnership with UTSA (600+ students, 3 buildings, 5 days) to Phase I of the UTSA Graduate School and Research Building, 100+ residence hall beds moved at UT Arlington, and the Sudie Williams project completed in and around active construction from start to finish.

Another successful project completed at The University of Texas at San Antonio.

DWD Moving & Logistics recently completed the Green Zone and Yellow Zone phases at UTSA's Graduate School & Research Building, a multi-phase project requiring detailed planning and ex*****on around an active renovation schedule. The Yellow Zone alone covered 16 offices across four phases, with furniture relocated to swing spaces and returned as each phase completed. The Green Zone required a different method entirely, in-place disassembly and reassembly to minimize disruption.

This is what commercial relocation actually requires, understanding the schedule, coordinating every stakeholder, and executing without missing a beat.
