This weekend was truly one for the books.🔥🍖🥩

One of the highlights of my BBQ journey was having the opportunity to learn from legendary pitmaster .mixon. His passion, knowledge, and dedication to the craft inspired me from the very beginning.

In fact, Myron is the main reason I started BBQing, inspired by the show BBQ Pitmasters. Watching what he could do on the pit sparked something in me and motivated me to learn, practice, and keep improving. So having the chance to attend his BBQ school this weekend and learn his techniques firsthand was an incredible honor.

Myron and his team were welcoming, generous with their knowledge, and made the entire experience an absolute blast. I came away with new ideas, valuable lessons, and an even greater appreciation for the craft of barbecue.

I'm grateful for the inspiration, the opportunity to learn from one of the best, and the impact he's had on my BBQ journey. Thank you, Myron, for helping shape the pitmaster I continue striving to become.

Now it's time to bring what I learned back to the pits at Stolze's SmokeHouse and continue serving the best BBQ we can.

Summer break is here! ☀️

Today we're celebrating our son, our biggest little helper at Stolze's SmokeHouse. At 7 years old, he's already learning about family, hard work, and BBQ—three things that mean a lot around here.

We are so proud of how hard he worked this school year and can't wait to spend the summer making memories, serving BBQ, and having fun together.

Today we had TWO mighty graduation party deliveries roll out of Stolze’s SmokeHouse and the pits were working overtime. 🔥🎓

Today’s menu included:

Every single item that leaves Stolze’s SmokeHouse is prepared by Matt with pride, care, and attention to detail. From the early prep work to the final packaging, he puts his heart into every event we serve. Watching him manage it all is truly impressive.

We’re thankful to help families celebrate some big milestones this graduation season. ❤️

Today we had another opportunity to serve the students and staff of Voss Middle School at their annual Burger Bash! 🍔 Thank you

Over 850 burgers served and countless smiles shared. We are incredibly grateful for every chance we get to serve our community. No event is too big for Stolze’s SmokeHouse!
