Your clinical license isn't a cage. It's an asset.

Friend — that lie breaks my heart every time I hear it.

"If I leave clinical, I'm throwing away my license."

No, you're not. Nobody at the bedside ever taught you how to use the license as an asset. So you think it only has one purpose. It doesn't.

The MDs, NPs, RNs, LPN/LVNs, CNAs, and caregivers I coach? They don't leave healthcare. They move to the ownership side of it. Their clinical credentials are the reason their companies command premium pricing — because the families they serve trust them.

They didn't throw their license away. They finally started getting paid for the wisdom it represents.
