A puzzle is built piece by piece, one at a time. Sometimes it's a corner piece sometimes it's a couple pieces on the side that don't really fit yet. Eventually all the pieces come together to accomplish the same goal.
This goes for fitness as well. People will try to hit all of their fitness goals at once.
They will cut out carbs, increase their cardio & days at the gym, quit alcohol cold turkey.
This is like trying to put a 1000 piece puzzle together in 5 minutes.
It's impossible and by the end you won't be any closer to your goals and there will probably be some frustration.
Instead, build piece by piece with intention while constantly taking a step back to look at the full picture.
