Ride Sturdy DLH Oh hey there, I'm Pam! Using the PMBIA skills, I've been teaching folks to feel more safe, confident and stoked on their mountain bikes since 2016.

I am located in Duluth, MN - but get pretty lucky and have taught in MN, WI and da UP of MI.

We are excited to announce our first summer programs! Now open for registration is a June session of our DEVO Explorers for kids entering Grades 2 -3 in the fall. Meet Monday or Wednesday from 5:30 - 7:00 starting May 31.

How do you haul your bike (when you’re not using it as transportation)?

I’m loving my new Yakima Racks Hangover 4 that I picked up at Ski Hut! Once you get the “hang” of loading the bikes it’s a breeze and doesn’t protrude out as a far as a traditional rack. Additionally, there are less plastic pieces and release-buttons that seem to get gunked up and break over the years. It also swings down for the vertically challenged.

I had some initial ground clearance problems with my Subaru, but a hitch doubler cured that!

This week I had a great 3 hour clinic with 8 ladies from the Cloquet Adventure Women club! We covered all the basics and focused on safety, confidence and the building blocks of having more fun and adventure on a mountain bike. Lots of laughs, sweat and funny faces in the slo-mo videos 😝 as we worked on our handling skills! Thanks for trusting me, ladies ❤️😎🚵🏻‍♀️🔥
