Meet Wesley Y., Employee Relations Specialist!

Since joining Flexjet earlier this year, Wesley has been focused on supporting a positive workplace culture through employee relations, leadership coaching and partnership across the organization. He was drawn to Flexjet's reputation for excellence and people-first culture, and says the collaborative, supportive team is his favorite part of the job.
