Every strong crew has someone quietly leading from the front — and for RJ’s Boat Lifts, that’s Richard. 💪🌊

Long days in the Florida heat. Climbing where most people wouldn’t. Solving problems most people never even see. Decades of experience, hard work, and pride poured into every project.

Whether he’s cutting pilings, walking rooftops over the water, or bringing the crew together over good food and stories after a long day… Richard is the kind of person who leads by example every single day.

A lot of what makes RJ’s what it is today comes from years of dedication behind the scenes, and we’re grateful for everything he does for the team and our customers.
