When Covid-19 hit and most activities were cancelled, I had time to work on my creative side. After some trial and error, I landed upon the idea of painting watercolor contour maps of lakes in Michigan- primarily southern Michigan. Then that expanded to making pillows and exploring other ways to use the artwork on mugs, puzzles, coasters, shirts, and more. If you have ideas for what else the lakes could be placed upon, let me know!

It was created from my original sunflower watercolor painting! If you are local to Jackson, Napoleon, Grass Lake, or Brooklyn Michigan, I can meet you for delivery.

It includes two straps and inside pockets.

Price is $65 - extra if shipping is required.

Come visit me at Marketplace Manna Inc at the corner of MLK and Michigan Avenue in the old Otsego hotel. I will be here from 4 to 7 PM. Other local stores will have artists displaying their work as well.

If you have never been to the store, come check it out. They are a fair trade store with items from over 40 countries and including Jackson County.

Created using the image from my original watercolor painting, this lovely dahlia tote bag comes in two sizes: 15x15” or 16x20.” The larger tote includes an inside pocket.
The larger tote is $42 and smaller is $35. These can be shipped directly to your home for the same price.
The larger one recently was purchased by a young woman battling cancer. She will take it to her treatments so that it provides some brightness on those days. Please pray for this wonderful young woman. #
