Universal Kids Resort opens July 1, 2026, and is designed specifically for families with younger kids. The park will feature seven immersive themed lands with kid-sized rides, play areas, character meet-and-greets, splash zones, shows, and interactive experiences. UNIVERSAL KIDS IS OPENING JULY 1!!! We have been waiting for a date and I'm so excited because this is so much closer to home and an easy weekend trip!! If you have littles this park is designed just for them. The hotel is adorable and steps away from the theme park. Las Vegas was such a fun time! I don't gamble and we didn't make it to any nightclubs and I still had the best time. Relaxing by the pool and exploring the Strip and Fremont Street were the highlights of my trip. I explored a good bit on my own and at no point in time did I ever feel unsafe! That is a HUGE deal! There are several things I wanted to do and didn't have time for so we will be back!

Las Vegas would be the perfect place to visit for a quick getaway, bachelor/bachelorette trip, or simply just getting that friend trip out of the group chat! I also saw families with young children and I know my kids would have enjoyed most of the things we did.

Oh I know I'm going to get hate for this but...Peter Pan's Flight just doesn't do it for me and I wouldn't wait more than 10 minutes for the ride. In fact, my kids still haven't ridden it because the wait is typically too long.

I've actually gotten really good at packing light to avoid luggage fees. I packed for a 3 night stay in Jamaica with multiple outfit changes per day all in a personal item sized backpack! Even with packing well I always overpack one thing but its the thing that should always be overpacked 😂...
