IPW has been a fantastic event for the GO Airport Shuttle team this year. We had the opportunity to meet with travel planners, tour operators, and industry partners from across the country to discuss how GO supports airport transportation on both a local and national level.

One of the biggest takeaways from these conversations was the value of having a single transportation solution that can support multiple cities and multiple legs of a traveler’s journey, all within one booking ecosystem.

Travel planners and tour operators were especially interested in:

• Access to airport transportation in dozens of markets through one system
• Official and authorized airport providers in many GO destinations
• National brand standards focused on safety, consistency, and service quality
• Flexible booking tools including private label portals
• Multi-lingual and multi-currency booking capabilities
• Dedicated national call center support

As travel continues to grow, many planners are looking for ways to simplify the transportation side of the experience while still offering dependable local operators in each market. That combination of national reach with local expertise continues to be a major advantage for GO Airport Shuttle.
