A small number of Tennessee driver’s licenses are not being recognized by TSA. If you are a Tennessee resident who has had problems with your driver’s license being scanned or accepted by TSA, you can receive a replacement license free of charge.

For Hamilton County residents, you can have your license replaced for free at:
Red Bank Driver Services Center
4873 Dayton Blvd., Chattanooga, TN 37415
(423) 875-4896 | Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.

Residents experiencing the TSA scanning issue should bring their physical Tennessee driver’s license with them when visiting the center.
