The last time I visited the was in 2018 with Tor. So much has changed from how you interact with the ellies to the expanded space, but the magic of this place remains the same.

We watched the little ones rush home for dinner, their handlers patiently waiting with milk bottles in hand. It’s impossible not to smile watching those tiny trunks wiggle with excitement.

And the biggest surprise of all!!!

Naughty the zebra 🦓 was rescued after losing his mother in the wild. He’s now thriving alongside his best friend Titan the rhino 🦏. Proof that friendship really knows no bounds.

Thank you Sheldrick Wildlife Trust for another wonderful visit. May the work that you do continue on!

Panthera Africa was destroyed from the devastating fires in Stanford this week. Camps containing rescued Leopard, Lion, panthers, etc. were burnt. Animals were rescued but some have been burned. They need your help. Please donate if you can. www.pantheraafrica.com. USD goes a long way.

Safari mornings are always y favorite. Breakfast in the wild at was unreal. We were all giggles after losing the champagne cork in the bush and then spent a good 20 minutes searching for jt. 😆🍾

Went on an unforgettable bush walk to see my favorite animal up close.. the Cheetah!

It was a really special experience to be so close on foot. A big thanks to our amazing guide and trackers at for making it happen.

Had the most incredible weekend at the beautiful in Hermanus.

It was the perfect restful getaway to shake off the jet lag and gear up for a busy week ahead in Cape Town—feet up, fresh air, and a bit of whale watching to start things right and of course a G&T!!

People often ask if I am nervous flying back and forth from Africa. The answer is no! Pilots and planes today are so sophisticated and know what they are doing. Good to know that they glide as far as they do from high altitudes and they have a lot of time before landing and letting the ground know to be prepared.
