We accept any type of Balikbayan Boxes you have from other companies which is ready to be shipped to Philippines as long as it's no bigger than 24x18x24 size. r type of boxes or crates. Containers size 20 feet or 40 feet is available for those who will be moving to Philippines for good. Please properly tape your balikbayan boxes, vertically & horizontally from top to bottom for the safety of your package. Please text us for pick up arrangements or any questions. Our apologies to all our valued and loyal customers. Just want to remind everyone coz we know everyone is always so anxious when packages are sent and received. We, freight & cargo companies are in the mercy of the shipping lines and customs. Delayed shipment can happened and it is beyond on our control. The vessels do not fly to get to the destination as everyone wishes too. Multiple issues can happened as your balikbayan boxes goes underway to Philippines such as: Backlog at port, sea berthing, sea condition/typhoon, etc. Sending packages takes patience. “Lahat ay dadaan sa butas ng may butas.” Will just pray & be thankful that all packages will arrive safely to each doors. Please keep in mind that Philippines Beauru of Customs & USA Beauru of Customs has its own guidelines. The Balikbayan Boxes will get inspected. Delay of shipment may cause of this guidelines for at least 3 to 4 weeks. We would like to ask our clients to be patience & will try our very best to have your Balikbayan Boxes delivered safely and at a timely manner. It has been an issue lately w/ container being delayed due to Pandemic/Covid. Please make sure there's no items inside the Balikbayan Boxes such as guns & bullets, etc. which is prohibited to ship. There's individual shippers that have been violated such guidelines & have caused an inconvenience to us & our clients. We apologize to our entire client when such incident occurred. Everyone has an option to ship their Balikbayan Boxes to another forwarder, for those who have short of patience. 6. LIABILITY NO ASSUMED
WHILE THE “COMPANY” WILL ENDEAVOR TO EXERCISE IT’S BEST EFFORTS TO PROVIDE EXPEDITIOUS DELIVERY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULAR DELIVERY SCHEDULES, THE “COMPANY” WILL NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE FOR DELAY IN PICK-UP, TRANSPORTATION OR DELIVERY OF ANY SHIPMENT. REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF SUCH DELAY, FUTHERMORE, THE “COMPANY”, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, MIS-DELIVERY OR NON-DELIVERY AND/OR:
A) DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, FORCE MAJEURE OR ANY OCCURRENCE CAUSED BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE “COMPANY”, OR
B) CAUSED BY:
1) THE ACT, DEFAULT OR OMISSION OF THE SHIPPER, THE CONSIGNEE OR ANY THIRD PARTY WHO CLAIMS AN INTEREST IN THE SHIPMENT (INCLUDING VIOLATION OF ANY TERMS OR CONDITION HEREOF), ANY PERSON OTHER THAN THE “COMPANY” OF ANY OF THE CUSTOMS OR OTHER GOVERNEMNT OFFICIALS, OR OF ANY POSTAL SERVICE, FORWARDER OR OTHER ENTITY OR PERSONS TO WHOM A SHIPMENT IS TENDERED BY THE “COMPANY” REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE SHIPPER REQUESTED OR HAD KNOWLEDGE OF SUCH THIRD PARTY DELIVERY ARRANGEMENT.
2) THE NATURE OF THE SHIPMENT OR ANY DEFECT, CHARACTERISTIC OR INHERIT VICE THEREOF.
3) ELECTRICAL OF MAGNETIC INJURY, ERASURE OR ANY SUCH DAMAGE TO ELECTRONIC OR PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES OR RECORDING IN ANY FORM. C) VALUED OF GOOD AND PERSONAL EFFECTS NOT DECLARED IN THE BILL OF LADING, INVOICE OR PACKING LIST. D) DAMAGES AND/OR BREAKAGES OF THE BOX CONTENTS FOR SHIPPER DID NOT PACK IT CORRECTLY OR BECAUSE IT WAS NOT CRATED WHEN NEEDED.
9. MATERIALS NOT ACCEPTED FOR TRANSPORT
A) THE “COMPANY” WILL NOT ACCEPT COMMERCIAL GOODS (MORE THAN A DOZEN OF A KIND) OR COMMERCIAL QUANTITY MERCHANDISE. ONLY PERSONAL EFFECTS AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND TRANSPORTED AND WILL NOT CARRY: ***“CURRENCY, EXPLOSIVES, PRECIOUS STONES, DRUGS, FIREARMS/AMMUNITIONS, PRECIOUS METALS, JEWELRY, TRAVELER’S CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, PERISHABLES, CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE”***
B) NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS IN BEARER FORM, LEWD, OBSCENE OR PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIALS; INDUSTRIAL CARBONS AND DIAMONDS, GAMBLING PARAPHERNALIA, COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT AND ELECTRONICS; ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES; MOTOR VEHICLE PARTS; COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS; PROPERTY THE CARRIAGE OF WHICH IS PROHIBITED BY LAW, REGULATION OR STATUE OF ANY FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF ANY COUNTRY FROM, TO OR THROUGH WHICH THE SHIPMENT MAY BE CARRIED; ANY MATERIAL WHICH MAY BE CONSIDERED “HAZARDOUS MATERIAL AND DANGEROUS GOODS”. C) ANYTHING THAT WILL BE FOR SALE RE-SALE AND/OR BARTER.
