This was a section of pipe I removed under a house. The bottom was gone but somehow got plugged and the rooter company had gotten a snake cable bound up and was unable to retrieve it. This pipe had been leaking for some time. Call for a crawl space inspection and some peace of mind. 360 736 0353

What does your crawl space look like? Do you adequate access for maintenance and repairs? This customer did not, as you can see the main waste drain is sitting in the dirt. This required significant hand digging under the house to gain access, it was a tight fit!

Install vent covers if possible, heat tape if necessary,and plug in your heat lamps. If you have frozen or broken pipes or need a free estimate to insulate please call.
