If you’re a new agent, you should get everything you need straight from your host agency and team!👇👇👇

I see ads to “sell” you a program or “how tos” on social media and charge you a fee… when EVERYTHING you need is already there. The HACK is not short cuts… it’s really the simple things that we already know to do that we may find tedious or boring that we don’t want to keep doing CONSISTENTLY…
But they want to sell you something that you already know to do!

EVERYTHING you need to learn to be a travel agent is readily available, top leaders should share their secrets for FREE if you’re in the right organization, you can learn so much from vendor/supplier events!!!

LOYALTY in business 👇👇👇👇

Interestingly enough I hear things like…”I don’t understand why we can’t say this or talk about that, but I love being with them…the company is ok but I love the people…I don’t like the product but I stand behind the company….I’m not making much money, but I really like my mentor…. I feel bad if I leave… I’ve been there so long already… “ to name a popular few.

BUT YOU’RE IN BUSINESS!!! It has to be mutually beneficial.
These are the things you should be thinking of that while being loyal to them are also being loyal to YOU. 👇

💸Are you making any money?
💸Are you in profit mode?
💸Are you growing as a business owner and making money at the same time?
💸Are you being lifted or feel put down for your efforts?
✈️Are you supported?
✈️Do you feel less than if you’re booking travel and not building a team?
🌎Are you working your business out of guilt or obligation?
🌎Are you able to talk about the companies you’re with openly?
🌎Are you proud of your company?
🌎Are you able to talk about and share your journey authentically?

🌎Are you trying to fit in to mold into the company or is it serving you?

that you’ve dreamt of?

🌎Do you have FREEDOM to work your business on your own terms?

I’ve known quite a few entrepreneurs who are literally not booking and not building… Many are going to events, they are showing up, they are spending money, they are frustrated, they are unfulfilled, they feel stuck…yet there they are, still loyal.

My question is, WHO are you loyal to?🤔

I’m here to tell you that IT’S BUSINESS, but you CAN be proud, be happy, MAKE MONEY, SAVE money, take advantage of all the agent perks and courtesies, build an amazing team, travel more, learn more, and experience more with a business model that ALSO serve you, loyal to your growth, feed your family, and nurture your purpose.

What FREEDOM looks like now👇

I remember when I was hustling 50-60 a week for decades at the nail salon before I discovered the travel agent opportunity. ✈️

I was missing quality time with my oldest son even though I managed to make it work. We traveled some and went to the beach as much as possible, but I was literally running around like a headless chicken 🤪.

Then I started my travel business journey in 2019 right before the pandemic. I managed to build a growing book of business and started to make a substantial amount of passive income,too. BUT I was still sacrificing family and money to get it…STILL hustling 50-60 hrs. I was told that in order to get freedom and create a legacy for my family there must be a “season of sacrifice”… missing birthdays, games, time with family so that I can make the money TO take care of the people I love. I must admit, I bought into that. But I didn’t feel good about it…. (I had to have 100 agents to get and keep that legacy…it was WORK.) Most people couldn’t make that happen and most were not making money, which also, did not make me feel good. I wanted EVERYONE to win.

THEN SOMETHING SIGNIFICANT HAPPENED…. I was forced to make a change. Then I found Evolution Archer Travel. 😍

I realized that I CAN have it all. I can feel real freedom while creating a travel business that I can be proud of . I can speak openly about ALL the benefits, perks, and courtesies of being a travel agent without compliance department breathing down my throat. I can be transparent about building a team wherever I go without feeling like there’s something wrong with the opportunity. I am not ashamed of mentioning my company’s name and talk about our culture of inclusivity and collaboration verses competition. We’re not being made to feel bad about what we choose to do with our business whether we want to book travel, build a team , or both! We’re not being judged if we want to spend time with our families traveling the world while working our business, literally.

I see now that it’s POSSIBLE. I’m doing it. FREEDOM to work my business without the pressures of constant meetings, zooms, and in person events… spinning my wheels, spending lots of money, and being away from the people I love. NOW I am constantly booking, helping my happy agents grow, mentoring them at what I’m good at without a corporation micromanaging me, planning my next family getaways, more dinners with friends, available weekends to do what I want to do. It’s FREAKING AMAZINGGGGGGG.

My team is sooooo HAPPY. They are in love with our opportunity just as much as I am. They are experiencing the same feelings of freedom that I feel. WE ARE ALIGNED. We are inspired. We LOVE where we are❣️

So when you see me laughing… see me spending time with family, see me traveling, you’re seeing a deep gratitude for the freedom that I have now doing the things that I truly love and care about.

All the roller coaster rides to get here is totally worth it. ✈️🌎⛴️💸
