‼️ We are back!! Thank you for allowing me to have the time off that I needed. It truly means the world to me and my family. I am so excited to be back open, I missed you all! I am working on still restocking some things, but this is a start!

Maxine “Frankie” Laxdal was born sleeping in the arms of Jesus on January 14th at 8:07am.

I am still in disbelief that we have lost our little Frankie girl. This gut wrenching grief will be something I will carry forever. I never once thought I would have to walk into Labor & Delivery one day and walk out the next day with nothing but a box of memories. Having to fill out a fetal death certificate and choosing a funeral home of our choice was truly a “is this real life” moment.

I got to carry Frankie for 23 weeks. All she ever knew was warmth, comfort, and love. The countdown was on, getting prepared to meet our last little addition to our family. I just don’t understand why, but I do find some comfort knowing that she was just too precious for this world and that she now rests in the arms of Jesus. I can’t wait for the day we get to see her again 👼

In case you have been wondering where I’ve been 🤣 our 5th and last little baby will be here before we know it! As I have been extremely MIA, I appreciate everyone checking in on me and supporting my business still. YES I am still making candles!! There will also be exciting changes to come with Ten Acres in the near future so stay tuned for that 🫶🏼 love and appreciate you all!

Product spotlight! ✨ Love candles but want a flame-free option? Our 100% soy wax melts are the perfect solution! Just pop a couple in your warmer and enjoy hours of long-lasting, room-filling fragrance—no wick, no soot (your candles shouldn’t either if you trim your wick 😉), and no fuss. Perfect for homes with kids, pets, or anyone who is bad at remembering to blow out their candles 🙃 featuring my FAVORITE scent in the whole entire collection!

Once the fragrance fades, you can simply soak up the wax with a cotton ball or paper towel and put in new wax melts. Another great way is to put the wax melt dish in the freezer for 30 mins and the wax should pop right out. Easy peasy!
