We use industrial/commercial grade totes - not the ones you can get at Costco or Lowe's. Why? Because consumer grade totes are designed for *storage*, not moving. They're designed to sit in a basement or a storage unit, not be transported across the city.

Does it matter? Yes - when the bottom falls out or the lid cracks and your valuables get damaged because consumer grade storage totes are used, instead of industrial grade moving totes - it matters.
