Digital, obviously. Vertical for time-blocking and horizontal for work. Compact weekly A5 notebook for when you need to scratch that paper itch. Washi for color, always.

I spent the first half of this year resting. Not setting goals, not pushing toward anything — just getting back in tune with myself and learning to trust my own decisions again.

It was what I needed, but now I feel the itch. I'm ready to move out of maintenance and into some expansion. So I'm sitting down to set goals for the second half of 2026, and I'm bringing you with me.

Real talk: I have some goals on my heart that I keep hitting a wall on, and I don't fully know why yet. So we're going to figure that out together too.

Just 10 minutes into last night’s conversation I felt my shoulders drop and tension I didn’t know I was holding release.

We talked about why joy keeps ending up last on the list. Why when things feel hard or heavy, giving yourself permission to laugh and actually have fun feels like the wrong thing to do. And why guilt is not a character flaw - it’s conditioning.

Sierra, Darian and Courtney got into all of it: what it looks like to reclaim fun when you’ve forgotten what yours even is, why the world feels harder to loosen up in right now, and what it means to protect joy when everything else is asking for your energy.
