Engineered for Volkswagen ball joint front beams, this premium replacement stack delivers a 15% increase in spring rate for sharper handling and improved performance.

Product Details:

We start with premium AISI 6150 chromium-vanadium alloy spring steel, a material legendary for its brute toughness, high fatigue limits, and extreme shock resistance. Custom developed just for SWAY-A-WAY rounded edges to reduce friction and binding.

Then, we take it a step further: each leaf is treated with our proprietary heat-treatment process to nail the ultimate sweet spot between high-flex elastic memory and sheer structural strength. To finish, the entire stack is shot-peened, packing the metal's surface with compressive stress to handle the brutal, non-stop pounding of desert racing.

Precision Fit: Features pre-drilled center holes to perfectly align with your factory grub screws.
