This season, we added a new series to our old classic wagon experiences —The Golden Hour on the Western Frontier was born—and you all SHOWED UP!! 👏
The numbers are in!
From the end of July to the middle of October, we took 174 of you on a journey back in time at Fort Phil Kearny State Historic Site.
That equates to 27 tours FILLED with nostalgia, laugher, gasps of disbelief, and the awe-sticken silence that follows behind a gaze into our unbelievable Wyoming landscapes.
We conquered challenges of extreme heat in July, torrential rains in September, and Wyoming’s first signs of winter in October—all in true Pioneer style!

We would like to thank the Kearny Frontier Regulars and the Bozeman Trail Association for helping us give these tours life! We couldn't have made these tours so special without each person involved in their planning and ex*****on. There were so many moving parts behind the scenes here, and we are grateful for each human puzzle piece that came together to make it all snap!
A very special thank you to the staff at Fort Phil Kearny for staying late and welcoming guests after-hours into the NEW Interpretive Center, and to Site Superintendent, Sharie Shada, for being a true partner, casting the vision, and leading the charge with us!
