Job description
Responsibilities:
- Operate semis with flatbed trailer to transport construction materials to customers or job sites inside the state of Indiana.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the truck and trailer
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the equipment
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck
- Communicate with shippers and customers with a positive attitude and respectful demeaner
Basic Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A
- At least 1 year of recent verifiable flatbed experience
- No major moving violations or accidents in the last 5-years
- No DUIs
- Meet all DOT requirements and qualifications
- Pass safety/background check requirements and drug screen
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Preference will be given to applicants with:
- End Dump experience
- High level of motivation
- Clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
We offer:
- $25 hr
- 40-60 hours a week
- Time and half after 40 hours
- Home daily
- PTO

- Possibility of Saturday work
- Automatic Paid time off on following days, memorial day, labor day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving day plus that Friday.
