Starlight & Dewdrops I am a stay at home mom with 6 children whose husband is in the Army. I make custom vinyl pieces. Pl ~I make custom vinyl pieces.

I don't have set prices due to not know how long a project might take and how much inventory i might need to use.
~I accept Paypal payments and Cash payments. If you aren't local I will invoice through Paypal, that includes all fees and shipping.
~I tend to ship flat rate and can give you a quote if needed.
~Payment for non local customers is expected upfront before i begin a project unless othe

r arrangements have been made.
