Wow. It was HOT and we worked our 🍑 off 🥵 but what a pleasure serving Boerne H-E-B Plus! yesterday! Over 120 brisket quesadilla plates made alone, along with some other menu items. Their employees were all polite and awesome 🥰 Amazing opportunity for The Twisted Texican...thank you!!

Last weekend of Kerrville Folk Festival for The Twisted Texican...what a SPECIAL place! Really honored they asked us back and hopefully we'll be there in 2027 for a 3rd year 🤩

MONDAY‼️BANDERA‼️get ready for a crazy cool event 🙃

HIGH 🤑 cars and celebrities coming through our little town and we'll be serving BBQ/Tex-Mex from our canopy in the Tinman lot with the other vendors. Excited to see what all the fuss is about 🤪

Today, I'm smokin 8 briskets, chicken and sausage and tomorrow, I'll be smokin' 120 lbs of pork butt. Lookout, Bandera Rodeo and Kerrville Folk Festival... here we come!!

All set up at 173 & Old loop 173 (just past Ridin the River Cowboy Fellowship) TODAY AND TOMORROW 2-7pm

We got fresh brisket, smoked chicken and sausage, tacos/quesadillas, homemade sides, jalapeño cream cheese deviled eggs, banana pudding, aaaaand award winning brisket chili!

We will be busy at Kerrville Folk Festival and Rodeo the next 3 weeks so get it while ya can 🤠

Thanks to everyone that came out to our seafood boil on Saturday! Now that everything doesn't smell like 🦐 we're ready to serve BRISKET again 🤪

WED & THUR: Bandera @ 173 & Old Loop 173 (just past Ridin the River Cowboy Fellowship, just look for the giant sign the wind blew down 🫩) 2-7pm

That'll be it for a while since we need to prepare for Kerrville Folk Festival AND the Memorial Weekend Stampede Rodeo 🤠
