We had a “situation”… ok twist my arm, I’ll fill you in 😂- a popular FA tik toker (over 20k followers) saw my promo material in crew room - FB posts, copied the slogan & was selling merchandise on her page - whilst awaiting Trademark, I had to send her a Cease & Desist. (She promptly (same day of receipt of C&D) apologized)
However, Legal Zoom Fees + USPTO filing fees for each category definitely set my already tiny business back quite a bit; consequently, I am attempting to build back inventory as I cannot afford to stock every item in every color in every size. The reason orders can take up to 14 days to process is because my supplier/manufacturer provides a discount if we receive a certain number of orders of one specific item - then she allows me to receive a discount when I can purchase in bulk (increments of 20)- I take this route of course so I can pass savings to You!
