Another job..DONE.. Just finished up residential fire inventory for surprisingly packed, multi-room home. The culprit? Kitchen fire. Contents total, per ProHome's extensive efforts? $225,558.32.

-Companies with their own "stable" of contractors, who are paid a percentage of the claim on top of job costs. We've experienced a few like this, whom steer remodeling business to their own recruited contractors or family members, at cut rates (earning the company more from final settlement, and less for you), taking the power of choice from your hands. It's a tidy, corrupt deal.

-Representatives whom change companies often, taking your claim with them in effort to benefit an entity you weren't introduced to or told details of. This is a sign of Bait & Switch and/or an unstable claim handler. These instances typically end up in court, along with your money. ProHome Asset Inventory can help anyone in this sticky situation.

-Those whom mix the professional with personal.
