I have enjoyed playing with LEGOS® since I was a toddler messing up my older brother’s LEGO® sets. I received my first LEGO® set when I was four as a Christmas present. I have since collected hundreds of LEGO® sets and accumulated tens-of-thousands of parts. The Cafe Corner ( #10182) was released in 2007 and it, along with other the Modular Buildings released later by LEGO® Group, inspired me to st

art designing and building my own downtown style buildings. My first designs were less than impressive, but after awhile I began to learn some of the special techniques of architectural designs and building methods. Now several years later, I’m ready to start building professionally for others.

Private Commissioned Designs (PCD): Generally I specialize in replicating downtown buildings, but will design seasonal items, as well as household items and just about anything else you might want replicated. I design in three different scale sizes, Micro, Mini and Major. Mini: This scale is set to the height of a standard LEGO® minifigure (person). Micro: This is the smallest LEGO® building scale. It is approximately ¼ the scale of Mini. Major: This scale has no standard boundaries. It’s only requirement is that it must be set to a larger scale than Mini. PCD Fee: I do not charge anything for the initial consultation and design planing, but charge a $5.00 design fee for continuation of design after determined if design is feasible. An estimated purchase price will be given upon completion of final design. A partial or full down payment may be required before parts are purchased. Buyer pays shipping, with free local pickup available. Design will be shipped partially or fully assembled.

My work on the Exchange Bank Building, located in El Dorado, Arkansas, is complete! 😍

Construction of the Exchange Bank building, also called the Lion Oil Co. Building, was started in 1926 and finished in 1927.

The Exchange Bank Building will make it's public debut next week at Brickworld Chicago.
