GREEN STREETS STRATEGY WORKSHOP
Hosted by the City of Bellevue, NE
April 15, 2013
The City of Bellevue is hosting a workshop to explore the process of designing and developing a green infrastructure strategy that will influence the community’s economy, environment, and quality of life. This workshop aims to identify community priorities and develop strategies for greening infrastructure by adapting national best practices and case studies to our local environment. Doing so can help to reduce the cost of serving new growth and help to reduce and revitalize existing community assets.
This process will assist participants to better understanding the benefits of green strategies and the need for implementation in our community. After the workshop, the EPA team members will provide each community with specific options and action steps for consideration.
Please join us for a day-long, interactive workshop to discuss green strategies and policies relating to infrastructure and planning within Bellevue.
