🌴 North Honeymoon Island on a Saturday 🌊

Not every island day is quiet.

Sometimes the weather is perfect, the water is crystal clear, and everybody has the same idea.

This stretch of beach was buzzing with boaters, families, swimmers, and island hoppers enjoying one of those classic Florida weekends.

The funny thing is, even on a busy day, North Honeymoon Island still feels a world away from the crowds on Clearwater Beach.

A little more space.
A little more water.
A little more old Florida.

🌴 Even on a busy Saturday, Caladesi Island still finds a way to impress. 🌊

The beaches were full, boats were anchored up, and people were enjoying one of those classic Florida days on the water.

But look beyond the crowds and you'll still find what makes this place special — emerald water, white sand, endless Gulf views, and that feeling that you're somewhere a little different from everywhere else.

Some days it's peaceful and quiet.

Some days it's full of life.

🌴 North Honeymoon Island in all its glory 🌊

A stretch of white sand.
Crystal clear water.
Almost nobody around.

This video starts on the beach, follows the shoreline, and ends looking out across some of the clearest water you'll find anywhere along Florida's Gulf Coast.

It's hard to believe places like this still exist just a short boat ride from Clearwater.

No crowds.
No high-rises.

🌸 More than just beaches on Honeymoon Island 🌴🌊

Most people notice the white sand and turquoise water first.

But if you slow down and explore a little, you'll find native flowers, coastal plants, mangroves, wildlife, and some of the most beautiful untouched scenery left along Florida's Gulf Coast.

This quick walk started with a patch of blooming Railroad Vine and ended overlooking the Gulf with Salt Therapy resting just offshore.

Sometimes the little details make the biggest memories.

🌴 Hidden corners of Caladesi Island 🌊

Not every stop on the island is a wide-open beach.

Sometimes it's a quiet little cove tucked along the mangroves where the water is crystal clear, the boats are few, and the only sounds are the breeze and the gentle ripple of the tide.

These are the spots that make you feel like you've stumbled onto your own private island.

🌬️ A little windy on Honeymoon Island... but still a pretty good office for the day. 🌴🌊

The Gulf had a little chop, the breeze was blowing, and the water was showing off those incredible shades of blue and green.

Not every charter day is glass calm — but honestly, that's part of what makes every trip different out here.

As long as you're on the water, it's a good day.

🦅 Gulf Coast flyover at Honeymoon Island 🌴🌊

Started this cruise with an Osprey perched up in the trees… then he launched right over the beach as we walked along the shoreline.

One of those peaceful old Florida moments where the beach feels completely untouched.

No crowds.
No condos.
Just white sand, Gulf water, sea breeze, and miles of coastline.

Today we remember the men and women who gave everything for this country.

Memorial Day isn’t just the start of summer… it’s a day to honor those who never made it home.

As a Coast Guard veteran, this day always means a little more to me. Take a moment today to remember the sacrifice behind the freedom we get to enjoy out here on the water.

A dolphin and a manatee hanging out in the same shallow water just off the beach — pretty much side by side. 🌴⚓

You can spend your whole life on the water and still come across moments that make you stop and smile.

This is why I always tell people every trip is different out here.
