FAMILY
Family is everything to me. We have 2 amazing children who are all grown up and starting families of their own. Our daughter, Courtney, and her husband, Raughn, blessed us with 2 precious grandchildren, Landon and Riley. Our son, Hunter (Proud Navy Veteran/Army Service Member) and his wife, Jae, extended our family with many fury babies. PRIOR WORK EXPEREINCE
I’ve always been in a position of customer service. I take pride in my attention to details and ensuring every customer, guest or client is happy and satisfied. I started my journey as a Property Manager for numerous apartment complexes which posed a lot of challenges but taught me a key skill in ensuring I resolve any/all unhappy clients issues quickly, professionally and as often as possible, come to a resolution all parties are pleased with. My next journey led me to a Country Club, where I served as the Membership Director and Event Planner. This is where I truly fell in love with customer relations. It gave me great joy to see happy customers and Members after an event knowing all of my hard work and dedication resulted in a successful event. I can’t wait to experience this joy again hearing how amazing the trip we plan together turns out! I enhanced my guest service skills by learning from the best in the industry – Chick-fil-A. I held roles as the Marketing Director for a local store and taking my event planning skills on the road as a Grand Opening Specialist for Chick-fil-A Corporate! This was one of my favorite jobs, I got to mix my love of guest relations and travelling, opening over 100 stores all over the country! Once my grandbabies were born, I decided to focus on family and retire. I soaked up so many incredible moments with them while their parents worked. Now they are both in school freeing up my days. I wanted to do something that brought me joy but also brought joy to others, and what better way than to plan vacations. I love working with people, getting to know them and their families and hopefully becoming lifelong friends in the process. I’m a very organized and detailed person and hope to relieve all my new customers/friends from the stress of planning travel so they can focus on reenergizing and relaxing. MY PROMISE
