Damel Transportation & Logistics, Inc. (DTL) is an asset-based trucking firm in the Ag industry. We currently have a fleet of company drivers and owner operators that run throughout the Midwest. DTL is looking for a Fleet Manager who is driven, organized, task orientated, and friendly to lead our team of drivers!
Position Responsibilities:
• daily scheduling of drivers
• Be adaptable with the ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and multi-task.
• Will have strong overall interpersonal skills including oral, written and listening.
• communicating with customers
• accommodating route changes as needed
• working with the shop on any truck/trailer issues
• ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and prompt delivery of products.
• Building a stronger customer base
• Building a team of owner operators
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1-2 years of experience as a truck dispatcher in a similar industry
