The best souvenir shopping you can find at the State Fair of Texas is in the GO TEXAN General Store.

What I love the most about the GO TEXAN General Store is that it’s stocked exclusively with products made by small businesses right here in Texas. You’re sure to find the perfect souvenir to commemorate your day at the State Fair.

I have discovered so many great brands in the GO TEXAN General Store over the years. Many that I return to buy year after year.

There are so many ways to save $$ when you visit the State Fair of Texas

Kids ages 3-12 get $10 admission everyday! Under 3 is always free.

Free apples in the GO TEXAN Pavilion provided by TX Department of Agriculture

Get water bottles for only 2 coupons at these stands all over the fair.

Invest in a Big Tex cup and bring it back year after year for discounted refills.

Sign up to be a Big Tex Insider and receive discount codes every Tuesday and Thursday for $12 admission.

Many midway rides are marked down to 4 coupons on Thrilling Tuesdays.

Bring 5 canned food items to donate to the North Texas Food Bank and get $7 admission on Wednesdays.

Free Blue Bell & Dr Pepper floats every Wednesday from 11am-1pm in the GO TEXAN Pavilion.

Seniors get $7 admission on Wednesdays.

Discounted food items on Thrifty Thursdays.

Free Chocolate Milk from Southwest/ Southland everyday in the GO TEXAN Pavilion.

$10 admission after 5pm Monday-Thursday.

Bring this cup back for discounted refills.

Free Texas w**e tastings during the Texas W**e Hour hosted by Uncork Texas W**es everyday from 6-7pm in the GO TEXAN Pavilion.
