🚨 A broker double brokered your load. Refused to pay. Or won’t provide transaction records. Now what?
Most reporting platforms give you one option: file a report.
True Rates takes it further.
Submit your broker report once, and the process can trigger three actions:
1️⃣ Community Report — Your experience is added to the True Rates database so other carriers and dispatchers researching that broker can see it.
2️⃣ Federal Document Request — A formal request for transaction records is sent under 49 CFR § 371.3.
3️⃣ FMCSA Complaint — The complaint information is prepared for submission through the NCCDB process.
One submission. Three actions. One platform.
No jumping between multiple systems. No figuring out the process by yourself.
🚛 Report it. Document it. Make it visible.

🚛 There are TWO numbers you should know before you book a load.
What did the broker make? And what will YOU actually make?
Those are two completely different problems—and True Rates helps you attack both.
🔎 Broker Transparency helps you see what the broker made so you can negotiate with better information.
💰 Load Profitability Calculator helps you determine whether the load covers your fuel, operating costs, deadhead, fees, and profit target before you say YES.
With operating costs and diesel eating into margins, a load can look good on the load board and still be a bad load for your truck.
Stop judging loads by the posted rate alone.
Know the broker’s number. Know YOUR number. Book accordingly.
🔥 Both tools. Both FREE.

🏛️ FMCSA Complaint — We help submit the broker complaint through the NCCDB process.

Knowing what the broker made is only half the equation. The other half is knowing whether the load is actually profitable for your truck. 🚛💰
True Rates gives you both sides:
🔍 The Broker Transparency Tool shows what the broker charged the shipper.
📊 The Load Profitability Calculator estimates your fuel costs, operating expenses, break-even rate, and potential profit before you accept the load.
Stop judging loads by the posted rate alone. The number that matters is what remains in your pocket after the wheels stop turning.
Both tools are free at TheTrueRates.com.

🚛 Before you book your next load, make sure the rate actually works for your truck.
The True Rates Load Profitability Calculator uses your truck’s numbers to estimate:
✅ Fuel and operating costs
✅ Profit and profit margin
✅ Rate per total mile
✅ Break-even carrier pay
✅ Target carrier pay
✅ Whether to accept, negotiate, or reject the offer
Dispatchers can save multiple trucks and calculate each load using the correct truck’s fuel economy, expenses, fees, and profit target.
If the broker sends a counteroffer, simply update the offer and calculate it again.

Drivers and dispatchers
before you book your next load, make sure the rate actually makes sense for your truck.
True Rates now has a Load Profitability Calculator that
estimates your fuel expense, total operating cost, profit, break-even rate and target carrier pay in seconds.
First, log in to True Rates and go to your Profile.
Under My Trucks, add your truck’s equipment type,
average fuel economy, nonfuel operating cost per mile,
target profit margin and any dispatch or factoring fees.
Dispatchers can save multiple trucks,
name each truck and assign a driver, so every truck uses its own numbers.
Once your truck is saved,
go to the Tools page and open the Load Profitability Calculator.
Select the truck, then enter the broker’s total offer, loaded miles and deadhead miles.
Your most recent diesel price is already available to use or update.
Select Check This Load. True Rates will immediately show whether you should
accept, negotiate or reject the offer.
You’ll see your estimated profit, total-mile rate, break-even rate,
operating costs and the minimum carrier pay needed to meet your target. If the broker sends a counteroffer, change only the offer amount and recalculate.
Stop judging loads by the posted rate alone.
Know what the load could actually leave in your pocket before you book it.

🚛 Your dispatcher takes 7% of every load. But are they actually earning it?
On a $3,000 load, that’s $210.
A dispatcher’s value shouldn’t just be finding a load—it should be having the information needed to negotiate it.
So ask your dispatcher one simple question:
“What did the broker make on my last load?” 👀
If they can’t answer, they may be negotiating without the full picture.
True Rates helps carriers and dispatchers get greater visibility into rates, broker transparency, and the loads they’re running.
📊 Know the numbers. 🤝 Negotiate with information. 💰 Know what you’re paying for.
