Neena here! The restaurants on Virgin Voyages are incredible, full stop. I love trying every single one of them and working my way through the menus. Every bite is interesting and many of them are the best bites I've ever tasted. Still, there are some mornings during the course of the voyage that I want to lounge around in bed and relax. For those mornings, there are Ship Eats, which is the ship's room service. Usually the day before, I will hop on the in-room app and order breakfast to be delivered at my preferred time slot to my cabin. On sea days, the preferred time slots can fill up so it's best to try to put your order in early. With a unique delivery system, hot coffee and breakfast, cold fruit, and other treats can be in your room to enjoy in bed.

One of the amazing perks of sailing out of Miami is the Bimini Beach Club in the Bahamas. It is a stop on most of the itineraries leaving Miami (but not all, especially some of the upcoming longer sailings that are more focused on islands further afield). We both LOVE the Bimini Beach Club for these reasons: 1) it's an extension of the ship! The Happenings Cast and many of the Crew come ashore with you, access is included in your fare, the food is included in your fare, and your wristband works just like on the ship to buy drinks. 2) It's beautifully designed and has ample free loungers in different areas whether you want to be by the party at the pool where the DJ booth is, by the quiet pool, by the beach, or set back in the trees! The beach is absolutely pristine and the party vibe at the pool is magic, with dancing, fun pool floats, bubbles, and beach ball fun! 3) The food is several steps above the burger and hot dog standards of other cruise lines. It's a beautifully curated Caribbean dining experience, and it's all you can eat! Our mouths are watering thinking about the grilled honey jerk chicken and the red snapper and mango ceviche! Not to mention the run cake with guava sauce! YUM!

Who wants to join us in January when we return to Bimini Beach Club???? C'mon, you know you want to! It's only 4 nights including a weekend so we bet you can slip away!
