Burnet, Texas is home to the state's official Bluebonnet Capital and a three-day festival that draws up to 60,000 people. Behind the scenes, Events Director Kristi Buck used to print and hand-cut vendor applications for more than 400 vendors a year.

Since switching to Eventeny, vendor check-in dropped from more than five hours to two and a half, and vendor maps update instantly instead of getting redrawn by hand.

We've officially processed 1,000,000 artist, vendor, and exhibitor applications on Eventeny and we're celebrating by doing one of our favorite things: shopping at events!

The organizations that use our platform are the why behind our business so this is an incredibly meaningful milestone for our team. During our recent visit to GalaxyCon, we wanted to highlight the people behind the vendor applications.

The live events industry is expected to hit $2.5 trillion dollars in 2035 👀

A lot of the growth is due to a phenomenon we’ve been calling out for the past year: corporate marketing dollars are moving away from traditional ads in favor of experiential activations at events.

Conference events are currently the biggest segment, but we’re also seeing this at music festivals and fan conventions. Instead of sponsoring badges or t shirts, brands are hosting an event within an event to build awareness.

Eventeny’s even been getting in on the action: we’ve been hosting our puppy parties at event management conferences for three years running! If you’re an event organizer, think about how you can attract more sponsor dollars through experiential sponsorship opportunities.
