The ideal candidate will reside within 25 miles of Flowery Branch, GA, and is interested in a long term career path with Rollin-G Enterprises, Inc. The Driver Recruiter Assistant will receive hourly pay and we provide a very competitive commission structure. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual!

Job Description:
Initiates calls/e-mails as well as answers incoming calls/e-mails from prospective drivers - (supplies information about the company, qualifications and employment opportunities)
Works from a prospect list of drivers & assists in pre-qualifying drivers
Maintains contact with drivers during the application process - Develops and maintains relationships with drivers through a variety of sources
Performs duties as assigned

**** Must work together as a team!
Work well under pressure and multi-task!

Job Requirements:

Entry level position - Any experience in recruiting or working in the transportation or trucking industry is a plus!
High School Diploma
Detail Oriented with excellent organizational and customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
An exceptional listener with superior phone skills (professional with the ability to articulate well)
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Self-motivated & diligent with a strong work ethic
Computer Literate - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook 365.
