Why book with us rather than main stream transport services? I'll provide a couple reasons why it is important to give specialized services like Pick-me-up consideration. One being safety. Speaking only on the transportation piece, wouldn't you want someone trained and knowledgeable on opioid overdose reversal techniques? What about de-escalation? If a client is being resistant/combative wouldn't you want the driver to know how to confidently navigate issues safely and not just abandon your client? Speaking on communication, wouldn't you want the driver to update admissions or reps on real time ETAs?

Yes, I know other main stream driving/transportation services are convenient and can be "cheaper." However how cheap are you willing to go when your clients well-being, dignity, and comfort is in question? My challenge to my friends in treatment is to really look at the times a main stream transport service hasn't provided your clients with the accommodations that they deserved. My experience has shown that the initial pick up of any client is the most delicate and vulnerable time in any given clients treatment process. Please make sure that the initial experience is one delivered with care, compassion, and dignity.
