NEW BROKER AGREEMENTS
Exercise caution when signing agreements!!!
When engaging with a new customer/broker, kindly forward us the broker/carrier agreement before transporting the shipment. It is crucial for us to authenticate the validity of the agreement to ensure that you receive your rightful compensation.

EXAMPLE: MAX ICON LOGISTICS - broker/carrier agreement, page 6 section 5 (c)

"Carrier authorizes Broker to invoice shipper, receiver, consignor, or consignee for freight charges as agent for and on behalf of CARRIER. Payment of the freight charges to BROKER shall relieve shipper, receiver, consignor, or consignee of any liability to the CARRIER for nonpayment of charges."

Agreements with language such as this, is waiving your rights to collect payment on the load. If this broker decides not to pay you, we cannot contact the shipper or receiver to get paid.



With the increasing prevalence of fraud, it is crucial to stay vigilant and conduct thorough research. If an opportunity seems too good to be true, it likely is. Don't hesitate to contact our credit department if you have any doubts. We are here to verify the credibility of the broker for your peace of mind.

Dispatch duties:
-Match loads available from our clients to over-the-road truck capacity/
- Understanding current market rates and negotiate the best rate for services while meeting Company profit margin goals
- Responsible for fleet profitability by continuous load assignation and preplanned operation. This role includes booking freight ahead of time as necessary
- Continuous communication with drivers to ensure load assignment and ex*****on
- Managing on-time truck arrival to shippers and consignee locations
- Full understanding of Hours of Service regulation for proper load assignment to drivers
- Maintain constant communication with Customer Service to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery
