Well, I had someone offer to help us out for a couple months so I could concentrate on getting back on my feet. Rent came due again and they disappeared leaving me no time to figure out alternative options. We now have a 7 day eviction notice on our door. I have 5 days to come up with $1500 in rent to save our home. If anyone is able or feels compelled to help in any way, it would be appreciated beyond words. I am embarrassed to even ask but my daughter has never known another home and at this point, I’m pleading in desperation. I’m not sure what else to do.

Well folks, I finally received one piece of equipment on my lot. Attempted to check it in in order to rent it and they have apparently shut me down. I’ve received no communication whatsoever from Uhaul in quite some time. My attempts at contacting them have been futile and ignored since day one. One bad egg backed by his father who is also his boss and they can do anything to anyone at any time. Absolute toxicity and unprofessionalism. To be continued…

I am unaware if we are still open or not as no communication whatsoever has come from Uhaul to me. I have worked tirelessly for almost 4 years to build this business the way it should be for the benefit of my customers. I appreciate all the support throughout the years and friendships I’ve made. This was not of my own doing. This was an impulsive spiteful action by one Uhaul employee due to not getting his way. I have tried and tried to contact U-Haul but have been met with refusal to discuss said actions. They continue to route my money and business to a dealer across town. Thousands and thousands of dollars were given and still are being given to another dealer out of my pocket. My entire business I worked tirelessly on-simply rerouted. Still no contact, explanation, etc from Uhaul as my world quickly spirals down the drain receiving no consideration that I have a family or a home to maintain from a single employee from Uhaul. This won’t be the end of it. I will not silently watch as my entire world is stolen by the single impulsive childish act of someone who should NEVER be in a place of power. Not returning the feelings of someone as they want you to should NEVER result in this. EVER. My mental health has also been severely affected by this to a degree that I thought not possible for myself to reach. I don’t plan on being shut down forever but please please be patient while I navigate this next chapter. Again, I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR THE SUPPORT OF EACH OF YOU. The shared devastation of my customers is a picture of what my business brought this community. Thanks to all! Until we rent again…

We are still open! Please call to make reservations as some U-Haul employees have removed all my listed open hours. If you’re a return customer, you are well aware I work around the clock and run the business by myself. Please call! Or schedule rentals as 24/7 dispatches then CALL when you pick up. They’ve altered my system and added no codes to the boxes. Also, the GPS coordinates are not right so customers are literally unable
to complete 24/7 dispatches. PLEASE CALL THE BUSINESS NUMBER for assistance. All trailers have also been removed from my lot. I apologize to my regular customers for the inconvenience this has caused you. It has been devastating to myself and my family as well.
